When is sales tax collected?

No—there is not a minimum order quantity.
Is the PackagingSuppliesByMail website secure?
Of course! All credit card payment orders are encrypted with SSL and are 100% secured. We do not keep credit card numbers or names on file.
When will I receive my invoice or order notice?
Since we ship orders within 2 business days, Automated Order Acknowledgements will be emailed accordingly. If you need the invoice after the package has been delivered, please reach us at 440-914-0530 with the order number. An invoice can be emailed to you upon request.

How do I redeem a coupon code?
Coupon codes are only valid for orders placed on our website. Discounts will not be honored if the order is placed over the phone or fax.

How can I track my order?
There are multiple ways to track your orders—please see below.
- PackagingSuppliesBymail.com will email a shipment confirmation notification for all orders that ship via USPS, UPS Ground, UPS SurePost, or LTL (Less than Truckload: Pallet Orders). This email contains all the information necessary to track your shipment.
- Orders can be tracked on our website with an Order Id, Email Address or Tracking No.

Receiving Your Order
When will I receive my order?
The orders typically ship via UPS Ground, UPS SurePost, USPS, or LTL. It usually takes anywhere from 2 - 5 business days for the delivery of your package. View Map Below. For overnight express, please call us at 1-800-456-2467 to place your order and we can ship accordingly.

- Returns must be within 30 days of purchase and in original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns unless a shipping error or quality issue has occurred. Restocking fee of 20% will be applied.
- Refunds for returns are not initiated until PackagingSuppliesByMail receives items back in the warehouse.
- PackagingSuppliesByMail does not accept exchanges.
