- Returns must be within 30 days of purchase and in original packaging.
- The Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns unless a shipping error or quality issue has occurred. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied.
- Refunds for returns are not initiated until PackagingSuppliesByMail receives items back in the warehouse.
- PackagingSuppliesByMail does not accept exchanges.
Product Quality Issues
- If there's been a quality issue with the product you have received, please contact us immediately.
- For quality issues within 30 days of order placement the following applies:
- A photograph of the product must be emailed
- The LOT Number (located on the exterior of the item’s box) must be provided
- Upon determination of the quality issue, you will be provided with the option of returning the product for reshipment or refund based on the totality of the issue
Incorrect Product Sent
- If you're able to use the product that we shipped in error, we will provide you with a partial refund.
- If we have sent you an incorrect product and you are unable to use it, we will immediately ship the correct product to you. We will provide you with a return label to ship the incorrect product back to us.
- If you place an order for the incorrect product, you will be responsible for returning the item at your own cost. We do not provide return labels for orders placed in error by the customer.
- You may reorder the correct product immediately. Once the incorrect product is returned to our warehouse, we will continue with your refund.
- If the carrier lost the product that you attempted to return, you are responsible for reaching out to the carrier further.
Sometimes the carrier will provide a delivery status prior to delivering the shipment. Please wait up to 2 business days before contacting us. Most of the time, the carrier will get your product to you in the next 2 business days.
- We ask that if you do not receive your shipment after the 2-day period, please call us at 440-914-0530 and we will reship your product.
- If you receive the first shipment after we have initiated a new shipment, contact us for a resolution. We are happy to help navigate this situation together!
