What methods of payments are acceptable?

We accept all major credit cards which include: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We only accept checks from existing AIMS customers. All checks can be mailed to:

Is there a limit on how much product I order?

No. However minimum quantity per product does vary.

Will ordering from this website be secure?

Certainly! All credit card payment orders are 100% secured through encrypted SSL Technology i.e. VeriSign & Paypal.com. We do not maintain database of credit card numbers and names. Lastly, we don’t share personal information that will harm you. The only information we share is your name, and address with UPS or any other carrier for shipping purposes.
Through phone ordering, we process credit card information with PayPal through also a secure method. Next, we completely destroy your personal information instantly. It’s our goal to protect you the customer, and uphold all privacy policy laws.

When will I receive my invoice or order notice?

Since we offer same day shipping, invoices and order acknowledgements will be emailed the same day you place your order. If you don’t handle transactions by way of email, invoices will be physically mailed on the same day you place your order.

How do I redeem the sales code?

Sale pricing or coupon codes are only valid for orders that are placed on our website. These discounts will not be honored if the order is placed by phone.
You may redeem your sales code by entering the coupon code within the designated box before you check out your shopping cart.

What are your Shipping/Delivery terms?

PackagingSuppliesBymail.com ships all orders via UPS, USPS, FED EX or Freight through third party shipping and will charge you accordingly. All shipping charges are final, and are not estimates. You will not be charged for any additional amounts after your order is finalized. Also we cannot ship via UPS to any PO Box address. Please send us an alternate address to ship to.
Orders that are shipped through UPS Ground can be automatically calculated through our shopping cart. However if you have your own Freight Collect Number, we can accommodate that option for you too.
We offer free freight delivery for any order that is $ 1000 & above. This special is only valid for companies in the states of: OH, MI, IN, PA. However we do offer great shipping rates for all other states too when an order is or greater than $ 1000.

How can I track my order?

There are two ways to track your orders:-

1) PackagingSuppliesBymail.com will email a shipment confirmation notification for all orders that ship via UPS, USPS or FED EX. This email contains all the information necessary to track your shipment.
2) Or simply call our customer service department at 440-914-0530, and one of our representatives will be happy to help you.

What are you shipping boundaries?

We ship anywhere in the continental United States except for: Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.

When will I receive my order?

The orders typically ships via USPS, FED EX, and UPS Ground the same day or the day after the order is placed. It usually takes anywhere from 2 - 5 business days to ship. For overnight express please call us at 440-914-0530 and we can ship accordingly.

What is your return policy ?

If the product arrived in shipment is damaged, or has been opened or an error has been made in shipping, please notify us immediately so that we may ship you the correct item. PackagingSuppliesBymail.com cannot accept returns on custom manufactured item as well as printed items unless the items manufactured are defective or an error has been made in production. For the item to be returned you need to call or email us so that we can provide you with an authorization code. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.
If you decide that you want to return the product for any reason other than the above, we will provide you with an authorization code. This type of return will result in 20 % restocking fee - as well as you will be responsible for sending back the shipment at your cost.

How do I register and open a PSBM account?

1. First select the Register tab at that is located on our home page at the top of the screen.
2. Next fill out all necessary requested information.
3. Lastly, click the save tab at the bottom of the screen. Your registration is now complete!

What if I forget my password or user name?

If you forget your password or user name, please contact us at 440-914-0530 and we will gladly assist you!

PackagingSuppliesBymail.com is an Internet based packaging /shipping supplies and medical supply company. Our regular business hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time. We are a small minority business that became instituted in 2009. PackagingSuppliesBymail.com has rapidly developed into a premier country-wide leader by manufacturing and distributing premium quality packaging supplies. We stand on the principles of hard work, credibility, and dependability to service your packaging needs. With state of the art manufacturing equipment and a solid quality inspection process, we assure our customers will not only receive effective industry standard products but also ground breaking new innovative products as well.

We have approximately 100,000 square foot facility which includes: offices, production areas, inspection rooms, and shipping, receiving, and packing areas. We also self-manufacture all our Stretch Film and Kraft Bubble Mailer products.

In 2012 to present we were awarded both federal and state government contracts from Calvert County, Maryland, Western Illinois Correctional Department, Maricopa County Sheriff’s department
