If the product arrived in shipment is damaged, or has been opened or an error has been made in shipping, please notify us immediately so that we may ship you the correct item.

Packaging Supplies By Mail.com cannot accept returns on custom manufactured item as well as printed items until the items manufactured are defective or an error has been made in production. For the item to be returned you need to call or email us so that we can provide you with an authorization code. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.

If you decide that you want to return the product for any reason other than the above, we will provide you with an authorization code. This type of return will result in 20 % restocking fee - as well as you will be responsible for the sending back the shipment at your cost.
